When working towards your health goal a good exercise routine is essential. So, our trainers create personalised exercise programs that are suited to your needs.


No matter if you’re a complete beginner, or working towards an advanced fitness goal, you’ll be assigned a trainer that’s right for you.


Every aspect of your training program will be fully explained as you go along, with follow along workouts for those just starting out and advanced specialisations for those that are ready. You can find out more about our specialisation workouts in the 'Extra Features' section below.

Fuel Your Body


We’ve partnered with a team of nutritionists to offer each of our members the choice of 3 diet styles ranging from beginner to advanced - each of which is then further personalised for you by your FITcademy trainer.


For beginners that may mean a simple set of easy to follow rules that you can integrate alongside your existing diet making it more aligned with your long term goals. For the more advanced we offer portion size plans or full calorie and macro-nutrient tracking.


All diet plans are compatible with our monthly recipe books which are packed with delicious, easy-to-make recipes.

The same is true for health. So, to make sure you continually progress towards your long term goals while fully understanding and enjoying the process we created the 12-week Learn section. 


A space where you’re guided through the fundamentals of fitness and nutrition in bite size, video format by a trainer every week.


Using advanced coaching techniques we’ll equip you with the knowledge you need to fully understand the world of fitness and nutrition without wanting to bang your head against a wall. 


Seperating fallacy from fact our goal with the Learn section is to give you everything you need to manage your own fitness journey, while providing so much value that you renew your membership time and time again.
